Standard 8 rear end
In this photo you can see the spare wheel storage and the lack of boot lid. I am told that the sliding window model is very hard to find nowadays. Hope this brings back a few memories Helga.

...it's a tad too dark, Stormin', for me to see it clearly but the wheel arches at the front don't seem to slope down as steeply as I remember...I had the name "Jemima Jane" written down each wing and the writing seemed to curve following the steep arc of the wheel arch...wish I had a picture of her to show you but they have been mislaid through time alas...
...erm, that last was sent by me, Helga, by the by!...just in case you were wondering...don't know why m'name didn't appear!...Anyway, can't see if the one in your illustration has a crank handle...mine had and a bush button starter...Off to see m'da on the morrow in Bridlington...as he used to spend many happy hours tinkering on the thing for me in the guise of keeping me safe, I'll see what he recalls eh...TTFN...
