Hull Fair History
Hull Fair moved to its present location in 1888 and it is the largest travelling fair in Europe. It is also one of the oldest, celebrating its 700 year anniversary in 1993. Many say that it is one of the loudest fairs in Europe and it has been described as 'the festival of light'

Hecky thump. It ain't 'alf come up in the world since I last visited 40 years ago!
...well, I'll go to the foot of my stairs!...you must have been there the same time as I Paul! :) and I agree, it does look bigger now...
